We do not offer custom multi-year wind history exports for arbitrary dates beyond what is already on the site.
On each location's weather pages you can use the history / recent observations tools that ship with that location (typically recent days of live wind, not decades of archive downloads).
For a specific research dump of raw values for a past calendar day, see raw wind data — that is generally not available as a personal export service.
