Hard refresh / another browser; check if all locations are stuck.
Browsers cache images and scripts aggressively.
- Do a normal refresh, then a hard refresh (shift-reload) on the weather page.
- Try a private window or another browser to rule out extensions.
- Check whether neighbouring locations update — if everything is stuck, it may be a wider outage (try again shortly).
