does have magnifacent ocean views or 7 acreas with mansion which i imagine has ocean views
Please don't mention the "ocean views". They should ban real estate agents from using the term. I have it on good authority that after the first week of gazing at it, patting yourself on the back, from then on you don't even give it second glance. But real estate agents talk it up, turn it into a status symbol. You may not look at it but you know it adds $100,000 to the value of your house.
Hence the stuff people do to maintain it. Where are the black cockatoos going to hang out if you keep cutting down and poisoning the coast Banksias? Not to mention neighbours. Was just talking to a local who lives on a street with potential views. Between neighbours who've put up extensions, those who grow trees, those who chop 'em down. It's full on cold war. No wonder the turnover on the dress circle is so high. Nobody wins except the real estate agents.
The irony of cutting trees down for an ocean view. The terrestrial, marine and atmospheric environments are linked. If global deforestation continues the nice blue ocean you gaze upon may turn deep purple.
