My fav. surf themed Movie is probably 1. 'Big Wednesday' makes me feel old but it captures the culture of then - 2. 'Point Break' does the same, can really relate to the surf culture sub theme through the movie - most people only see it as a crime movie.
One of the funniest things I've ever seen was John Cleese as a "form master" giving a class of boys a sex education lesson. He brought Mrs Cleese along for a demonstration.... priceless. That was from The Meaning of Life.

Generaly=Forest Gump Surfing=Endless summer 1and2 Comedy= Life of Brian,Billy Madison,Dumb and Dumber, Spinal Tap,Hot Shot's(cant choose) Action=Fight Club Sci-fi=Star Wars, Matrix Horror=Not a Fan So "Hot Fuzz" and "Shaun Of The Dead" cos they're funny too x=wouldnt dream of it But iv heard "intercourse with a vampire" is good
