Same happened to me at the same time. I needed a drink got up, and then i spent about an hour trying to go back. It usually happens at the worst time to. Like a night before a test/exam.
Any secret technique will be appreciated

Interesting...... me too. I always sleep 10hrs straight (if I am allowed to) and don't wake up during the night. Last 2 motnhs I have woken close to 0200 needing a drink and piss........ then takes me an hour to get back to sleep. Never happened before and now it is regular.

Sorry Mark, i don't mean to heighten a worry.

Its just that a significant change in ones state of being, ie need to p1ss every night from no p1ss at night could be a symptom of something that, if looked at now resolves rather than left to fester into something worse.

Honestly i would pop into the GP, have a chat, have it looked at probably nothing. But i emphasise get it checked.

I must disagree with the age theory. I am only 16.
I also have another problem, just as i am nodding off i get itchy, but in a spot that could not be further away from my hands if possible. AAAAAAHHHHH it is frustrating. There could be a connection, but i suspect it is more to do with my hygiene.

I can't write anymore.

I use my computer so much that I can hardly remember how to hold a pen, let alone form legible letters!

It's true, I can't!

It looks like butter,
It smells like butter,
It even tastes like butter!

But it spreads like margarine

I get that some times too eh, not the pissing thing - thanks Relie - but waking up and not going back to sleep for a while... Generally I'll make sure I am out of the bed if I can't sleep, I think being in bed when you can't sleep is the worst!
Then usually watch some TV, there is always bugger all on, and if there is something on, you usually need a credit card and make regular payments or whatever.

Oh and Knot Board your Avatar is tops.

I found a solution!
In english we are reading possibly the crappest and most boring book in production.
I think the ONLY thing which would work better would be a crack in the head with a hammer.
Well here it comes

The Handmaids Tale.
yep they are making us read that.........
