fair enough Dusta, we can all have our opinions, but can you think of any other way that will stop the japs, diplomacy has failed miserably, the politically correct legal system is no better, the japs are breaking maritime and environmental law within Australian territories with no consequences to themselves.

We chased the patagonian tooth fishermen across the world and seized thier ships to shut them down.
Why not the same for the japs.

Sorry not wanting to stifle discussion but it is a subject you can see is important to me. I am a financial supporter of SSCS and i am involved in many ways that i can with my keyboard.

I do read a lot and to be honest i research my charities i support and i checked and checked again and to be honest i understand people's negatives about the SSCS group on face value but care enough to scratch the skin and they are simply god send. IMHO.



Did you know that SSCS was here fighting against Aussie whalers in Albany all those years ago as well. Look at Australian support today..Change will come eventually..

I appreciate your opinion. Alot of what you see is from Animal Planet. Its a show after all and sometimes drama makes for better TV. But you do have to remember no one of the SSCS has even been killed or seriously injured. Also i will add not one piece of proof has ever been shown by the Whalers of any harm by SSCS and i would say if they did they'd be all over it. A few years ago three crew members were hurt when they tried to spray SSCS small boat crews and they sprayed the poison or what ever it was into the wind. It can be seen clearly on the show or web. They still tried to blame the SSCS.

As for the Ady Gill sinking, it was a shame and as i said i think no one expected them to do such a thing. Talking with the crew of the new Interceptor ship (was there last year) the other day and they will do everything in there power to stay point away with a escape route were ever possible
