i don't believe that , you are trying to tell people that , construction sites have required you to use batt tools instead of 240 volt power !!!!!! no way it will never happen !!!!

The day will come, look how far cordless tech has gone in the last 15 years.
OH&sS compliance makes cordless tools preferable to 240v, still limited with droppy's and similar.
Who'd have thought 20 years ago we'd be using cordless circ saws, now who hasn't got one ?

Yep crap everywhere that requires any 240v to be tagged & tested.

Comparing today's electronic items to something made 25 years ago is a joke, seabreeze must be really painful on your 466 & 56k dialup

Well I do believe that batteries will be obsolete soon .
You will have induction power .
Your charger will be a signal generator and you won't need batteries
So I'm not going to change my tools over because that's what I'm waiting for.

Still a popular brand but mid-high price for a low-mid quality tool. I've heard great reviews about Hilti, but the new Makita are supposed to be best value for money. AEG used to be very good - not sure if they are still producing tools though.

don't know how power tools can be trip hazards…. when i was on CFMEU construction sites you could never have a lead on the ground…..all leads are up off the ground on stands.
like to see how long a 9" battery power angle grinder lasts grinding concrete all day….good luck

good luck trying to get permission to use a 9" grinder on a construction site full stop

Haven't been allowed to use em for at least 5 years that I know of.

I flog my tools and as a result I've been through a few. Loved my old boschs then they dropped the ball with quality, went to hitachi they all got stolen. I've been through two sets of Mikkita and now I'm on dewalts so far so good. For cheapies AEG are great value.
