Looks like i've joined the hardie high club. got my WindWarrior "Springsuit" on friday... XXL to be precise.

when i pulled it out of the parcel, lady gestalt told me i looked awesome.

so the real test, i put it on..... very nice i must say. once again lady gestalt chimes in and tells me it makes me look thinner.!!!!

So i strutted around the house for a while to score some bonus points and then decided to watch tele for a bit. wetsuit still on!

after an hour or so of couch r&d the thought crossed my mind that the wet suit is more comfortable than pat rafters new undies. and they are very bloody comfortable.

awesome gear guys. i am very impressed! now for some wind please.

Sounds like you still had a great day up there!

by the way, you don't look very well at the moment, I think you should take a sicky monday and just relax with a boom in your hands until you start to feel better

funny thread. sounds like all the people who keep giving reviews on the gear must work for wind warrior. guaranteed good reviews!

Purchased mine with hard earned $$$$'s (blast shield)
Wouldn’t work for them, not unless they started manufacturing and selling track type tractors
Would probably buy the wet suite if they ever answered their email I sent asking about where to get one(Hmmm windwarrior Kev, you still in there????)

Hey filf_man,
You Clown! Why are you trying to bag these guys... do you work for a store, or do you have a vested interest in cutting down a New Label on the market? I for one do not work for Windwarrior, do not have a financial (or other) interest in WindWarrior, and I paid full retail price for my purchase (Blastshield). The gear is great and as a result I have recommended their gear to my friends. Have you ever thought that maybe it gets good reviews cause the stuff is good??? And have you bought any of their gear to find out for yourself? You might get a shock buddy. Value wise there's a term called "Bang for your Buck" and this definitely applies. cheers, The Count.

Stop ya whinging Count. Jesus, what's up your colon?
Clearly I made that comment in a light hearted way. Exactly how did I bag the guys or the gear?? I'm sure the gear is good.
Get over it princess.

p.s Hey maybe I work for WW. What a twist!

Hey filf-man
I'd say by the responses, your attempt at light hearted banter wasn't all that clear despite your best intentions

IN fact as a newbie to the site I read your post and have to say I didn't see/read any commical tone to it.
It came across as a suggestion that something was a bit fishy in regards to the reviews and the gear.

Just to add my two cents worth, I heard about the gear through a mates mum (yeah sad i know)
I got in touch, ordered and bought a BlastShield which I have worn all winter under my wettie. The thing rocks and has kept me super warm down here. I reckon it will work a treat when the water warms up a bit (for south oz anyway)and I can use it with board shorts instead of a shorty wetsuit.
Credit where credits due, this is a bloody good piece of kit for your quiver !

Black Dog - woof woof

PS - I don't work for the company and paid retail for my gear... and have recomended them to my mates

Comrade raycoot
I have had a Blastshield for well over 12 months.
Much use in sailing and surfing and no stretching for me.
Maybe Hardie can tell us if his has stretched due to bigger body size ?

Geez. how many winking face icons do I have to add????

How about someone just send me a free Blastshield to put me in my place once and for all?

Check-mate Flif, man that was the nicest 10 play chinese eye-fake move to try & get a freebee, even deep Blue would have been bamboozled. I know the WindWarrior guys & they don't even get theirs for free - good luck on that front. I'm very happy with mine & it's soooo much better than a rashie.

I saw your humour filf...

Has anyone used the WW steamer (silver bullet)???
I'm in the market for a steamer and wondered if the $299 would be best invested in WindWarrior rubber, or a West Suit/Ripcurl/Billabong/Quiksilver option?????
(Is sirocco wet suits still operating in Freo)

Fors? Againsts?
