the weather balloon bottom left is close but this one came down to the water and a light came out of the bottom, no bs.....and a bit more than that...and it wasn`t very far away could see it easy it was 2am ,we were 30 miles out at sea, there`s a bit more to the story as well, fkn freaked us out.

came slowly down zig zagged side ways a couple of times then came close to the ocean and a light beamed out of the bottom onto the ocean ....got on the radio to contact another boat that was in the area, then it went back up a bit done the zig zag thing again and took off to the N.W. really fast and disappeared, it was about twice the size of the moon and about a mile away could even see lights or windows along it, it disappeared from a standing start completely gone in about 1/4 of a sec.....

^^^^one more thing i wasn`t the only one on the boat that saw it.

i recon that`s how they fuel up...think about it?

I was sitting in my shed and happened to look out just at the right time and caught this photo with my iPhone.

Hey Thommo,

I am in to this sort of stuff and being a pilot I have seen some weird stuff in the skies but always miles away, why don't you put on more info of what you saw. Describe it in more detail.

what i`ve said above just about sums it up, the deckhand was down the stern fishing and called out to me to come and have a look at this,(we have a 3/4 canopy for shade on the boat and i was on the front alvey (fishing line) and couldn`t see the sky, about a minute later he said it again so i went and had a look,i could see a light much bigger than the stars and said to him that`s definitely coming down and getting bigger,it came down to what we guessed was about the same height as the planes we see flying overhead judging by the lights that you see on the planes (judged at about 2ks up)it stopped still for about 30secs then zig zagged really fast horizontally and then came down to what we judged was between 200 to 500mtres off the ocean (going off the horizon) and what we thought was about 1-3mls away then emitted a beam of light down onto the water,it was there for about 10 minutes, i was concerned about another boat that i knew was in the vicinity so i got on the radio to give them a call,they did not answer back (they didn`t have their radio on at the time) as soon as i started to talk on the radio this thing went vertically back up to where it first done the zig zag, zig zagged again and took off to the north at a speed that i couldn`t predict, a blink of the eye it was out of sight like i said it was about twice the size of the moon when sitting stationary above the water,and we could clearly see a row of what looked like lights running along it, when i mentioned it to some people when we got back to port most of them just wrote me off(which i can understand) except for one person who came to my house and said he knew some people that had seen a similar thing about 40ks inland due east of where we were (we were 30 nautical miles off the coast due west of them) i asked him what time they saw it and he said roughly 2am which was about the same time as we saw it, the only difference was they said it was larger than our description. 3 days later they photographed the one in Albany( not Esperance as i said above)in broad daylight as it looked similar.

all i`m saying it was a ufo i don`t know where they come from could be from here for all i know not necessarily another planet...but their out there and i have had quite a few pm`s from people that agree and have seen similar and don`t want to post on here because...........

I think UFO's are humans from the future that have comeback in time to try and do something before we stuff up the planet...it must be in bad shape down the track.

best idea ive heard so far, maybe they are collecting seawater for their new artificial wave park as there is no waves left in the future

no Mark we were out off the mid west...but that`s interesting i didn`t know that
