Coming up to Byron on Sunday and will be kiting at Southport and Kirra, will be up for three weeks so I'm looking forward to meet up with all my friends.

What is skite?

OK...Lets get this started....
I have seen this guy in fine form many a time in a negative way, whether it being teaching newbies to beach jump on the upward draft of Wanda dunes, teaching newbies on a 16m yarga 4 line 05-06???? when I was lite on my 10m, kiting down the footpath with a kite and lots of public around....and the list goes on etc etc........HOWEVER.... Live and let live........If he is ignored, he will find his own space to be......

Please listen Alex, I and many others would prefer if you didn't do your dodgy teaching, beach jumping stuff and other acts which could endanger our sport. These acts could possibly (and have) brought problems of access to our beaches and give Kiting a crappy name.

In saying that, we "As the ready to act, to name and shame public" should leave the guy to do what he wants(to a point). If he wants to shot his videos.....let him....you don't have to watch. If he wants to carry on about his new skite invention....let him...just don't read.......... If he wants to paraglide with a kite over the dunes of a packed beach full of people......remind him of the stupid act he is again doing....and name a shame him for these acts....

Put yourself in his position, we are all individual characters.....this sport seems to attract odd sort of people, like it or not. Some of us are just a little more different than others....

why do you worry so much about what I do??

I feel the same about the teaching method used by schools in Sydney Melbourne and Queensland. To me teaching people only to use inflatables and only on water going to kill the sport and get it banned from most places.

We all have our own opinions, I have been teaching more than most and have lots of experiance in the sport.

I am very busy with kitesports lessons, so what I teach works for me and my students.

Live and let live... I teach KITESPORTS NOT KITESURFING a totally different sport
so don't worry what I'm doing, I stopped worring about you guys a long time ago.

As for the videos, they are not about me, they are about the history of kitesurfing if you don't like them try to find other videos about Australian kitesurfing..

yes,your right,it is all about having fun,but we will soon run out of places that we can have fun at as you slowly get places banned.
Dont think I have ever meet anyone who thrives on getting people not to like him.

Land boarding at Kirra is banned largely because of your actions. Interim bans are in place in Byron largely because of your actions.

What say you to this?? oh that's right you're banned.

Learn to follow rules. They are there for a reason.
