It means "perfectly Lit" ...

maybe some between

"like super precise riding,
or does it mean you're in meltdown,
like just about to blow-up ????

better for health if you are below 35 Years of age.

No worries, if every square cm of you was on fire I would say you were perfectly lit.

I guess "fully lit" is better than saying
"today's session validated my belief that my life choice to undertake water sports is the right paradigm for me. I am full of self-reinforcing feelings, and the ethos of the beach lifestyle feels right for me. (But if it does not for you, I don't judge you for your life choices)"

2012? "Amped" is about mid 1990's

Anything is new if you put "so" in front of it

I so had a good session / was fully lit / was amped

As in ....
"Dude, I was fully lit on my 12m in that 40 knot rogue-gust."

I've never uttered the stupid word.
