Attention all girls who want a great week of kiting with fellow WA girls. Starting Monday and Tuesday in Augusta/Margaret River area, Wednesday at Australind, Thursday Metro and friday Lancelin.Already over 10 coming along. Designed to be loads of fun and promote more chicks into the sport. Jess at airborne knows the details.

we definetly need more girls in the sport in melb, i think this will change over the years, my girl has started kiting!!

Winddoctor, where do you kite in Melbourne - or more importantly where does your girl kite? I am always looking for more girls in Melbourne that kite - actually most of the time its just me or occasionally there are three of us at St Kilda at one time but going on and off the water at different times we haven't really go together.

When the wind comes back I am sure the Melbourne social kiters will start back up - Drinks and Downwinders were all we got to last year but there was talk of Involoch Weekends and BBQs.

Sorry for interrupting the thread - I wish there was so many girls in Melbourne kiting to organise something like this.

There are more girls Snowy, you just have to look for them. At MBB I've seen at least four or five diffrent girls, doing really well on the water.

Hey Snowman, I'm out kiting all year round just down from Gnotuk. I also go to Rosebud or Rye on the winter northerlies. Come down and catch up some time soon

If anyone is looking for girl kiters just look for a peter lynn kite your bound to find one hanging on to one of those ha ha to all the guy's riding them please dont reply and try to tell everyone how good they are and how there not just for girls

sounds like good fun, but anytime on the weekend that we can go to because we have uni???
all these girls thing but never the bestest time how sad. anywho would love to go.
