Now that kiting after work is pretty much over, is there anybody in Kawana who can kite for a short session during the week around lunch time?

I would be able to take about 1.5 hours off during lunch maybe once a week. I know it would be a short session but I'm getting desperate.

May be able to if you can handle a noob. at the moment I am only working 3 half days a week

Had lessons, instructor didn't want to teach me on my kite (a C Kite) then 15 minutes into a lesson with my kite the struts busted, just bought a new kite (2nd hand but a good one) now need to get out again.
Also health problems kept me inactive for a while (hence the post count)

Now I am back and wanna get right into it

It's way more fun with other people. Also, you can do down winders. I do kite alone if need be.

Hi Sunseeker I'm working nights at the moment and have been sneeking in the odd solo downwinder through the week, but Kawana I don't go that far down the coast even if I'm on holidays.

Just thouyght I'd post cause I'm pissed t the moment and I feel for yu. I think U started not long after I did. Wish I was up the coast, but I'm in brissy. One day I'll get a session in up the coast and I'll meet up wth u.

hey taxi - its not that far down here but there seems to be alot of inbreeding and there is a real passion for people riding 05 fuels

hey bruce, not sure what you meant by this.
are you saying most of the kawana kite crew are inbreeding?

Can kite every Wednesday. Thurs and Friday remain depended on Shifts (only working as a casual). Live right near access 16. Should hit up a Carramundi kawana run. shoudl only take 1.5 hours if we go decent speed.

Do you ride twintip or surfboard?
