It's a bit of a common "theme" that seems to happen when visitors go to a new location; tagging with stickers to let EVERYONE know that they have been.
It's a dissapointing and frustrating that kiters are putting stickers all over the place. I think I can speak for everyone up here in Geraldton in saying, put stickers on your car, boards, gear, body whatever. But please don't stick them where we have to remove them, stick them someplace where they go with you when you leave.
Bummer your session was impacted that much that you felt you needed to make it public. I think it's an important reminder that all kiters know and follow the basic guidelines of right of way in the surf. Thanks Langy for bringing it to everyones attention.
As far as being snaked on a wave and intimidation?.

Now, now Langy you are no stranger to the antics of visitors, use it as a great opportunity to go over and "explain" the finer points of wave riding and right of way rules. You know only too well that even windsurfers need the guidelines explained to them once in a while, locals included. Kiters are no different, they simply don't know; rather than don't respect.
If the attempt to explain ends in furrowed brows and steam coming from ears, then I'm sure that any local kiter will be more than happy to help clarify misunderstandings to the visitor.
Hope your session is better next time your'e out.
