Good meeting, thanks to all those who came, esp. JG from SOS.

Special thanks to Phil who ran it.

Saw 22 kites out on River today, and there were 10 reliable people at Legends.

Too bad that I didn't see any new faced regulars there tonight..............ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Please remember Melville guidelines are as follows.

1. No kite flying over the road.

2. Jibe 50M from beach (there used to be markers there and they are going back).

3. No launching and landing on the grass.

4. Launching assisted FROM the beach's water edge is safest.

5. And for eveyones safety please COMMUNICATE...when you see something going bad, give a hand and correct poor performance.

PS If you are a good kiter worthy of watching....you can be seen 50m from the beach......show ponies at the waters edge give me the ****s.

Also had a monster time at Mandurah, the kind that causes severe sleepiness and tunnel vision... yes, it was that good!

I did drop past at about 7.30, but didn't recognize anyone... so I got some fried rice and took off before the kite-fatigue crashed the car on the way home.

Hey Phil, have you changed your phone number? I SMS'd you, but...

good meeting.

Many thanks must go to Phil.

Who was once a regular at melville beach but now has decided to adopt Woodies as his regular hang out....don't reallly know why jj Phil. ha ha ha.

Some good things came from the meeting.

Great to see those who made it there, shame there weren't many of the new regulars indeed Nick- just think guys if you want to keep kiting there you should pick up these guidelines and abide by them.

Other than that, hope all goes well with the response.

I'll check the group site.

Cheerio.
