Email the councillors expressing your well thought out, constructive & literate concerns and politely ask the Council to keep Mullaloo open...
A great bit of advise from Juddy, who backed up this advise with an extremely well thought out and worded email.

I urge others to take a few minutes and do the same, you spend countless hours kiting and will spent a lot of time travelling to other locations if we lose access to Mullaloo, so please take a few minutes to put something positive together and forward to Mayor Troy Pickard and Councillors.
I trust they are fair minded people, who are in their positions to serve the whole community, not just a vocal minority with an agenda.
Troy Pickard ..... Fair Minded????
HoHoHoHoHoHoHoHoHo! OH Boy! Have you ever got it WRONG. Or should I say...
FAIL.
Surely, you must realise that politicians are by definition clinical psychopaths - its a pre-condition of employment.
And speaking of rats, there are more than a few RATS IN THE RANKS of Seebreeze, so your sensitive political discussions about this should not be published anywhere online, let alone here.
WAKSA should take this on and keep discussions about political strategy within their membership. Remember, anyone can read this forum. Even the Mayor. Sure, post opinions, but not how you or kiters or WAKSA (et al) should, or intend to, tackle the issue politically, unless its something you'd be happy to have the Councillors and the MUGS also read here for themselves.
Frankly, I invite kiters to publicly (ie here) denounce Councillor Marie Macdonald as having NO CREDIBILITY because the evidence shows she is:
1. Completely misrepresenting WAKSA by taking their public statements out of context
2. Defaming WAKSA by implying WAKSA are disinterested in the issues at Mullaloo when the opposite is the case
3. and therefor, prepared to lie to Council regarding the true issues at Mullaloo and the reasonable steps WAKSA have already taken to control those issues.
