After seeing a few threads berating first time posters, I wondered what the thoughts were about a rating system.
The reasoning behind this lots of posts doesn't mean that the advice or opinions are good or valid.
On the flip side lack of posting doesn't mean that the poster is a novice, just means that they haven't posted before.
Thoughts people?

Yeah agreed. There is some who will help anyone with anything and give free stuff away and get a lot of P.M's seeking advice - but they score red thumbs for every single post from small-minded trolling teenage fkheads with no manners.... so newbs don't know what to think and the experienced tend to get sh!tty and eventually fk off.

Oh, and anyone with exactly 3001 posts should be banned straight away, but only if they have owned or test flowen nearly every brand and style of kite in the last year and just cant make up their mind

Have just come back recently for a read of the dribble since being preoccupied the past 18 months, but nothing has changed.

e.g

Should I wear a leggy on my surfboard offshore? WTF! not if your loaded and can afford a new board all the time. Is it dangerous or something?? on the seldom times I get to kite good offshore or suss remote locations of course I'm going to wear a leggy instead of body dragging around the line up getting in the way of others and wasting valuable time to go get the next wave.

Anyone going to watch the Margret river pro? No, we all know the tossers that have no idea about surfing will be down there sipping wine, parking 2 ks away to watch an event 300m out to sea, struggling for accommodation because the region can't cope on your average sunny weekend. So No, I'll be watching it on the rather below average webcast available. Go TB!

Bars and line length? WTF, Big kite, big bar vice versa. LINES well all should be equal and any 4 line bar should work on any four line kite. If your problem is 5 lines well that's your problem, because your probably own a North and deserve it LOL.
