Try a tenex elbow shock absorber. They work and are far cheaper than paying for a doctor's child too go too private school.. imho...

mate, i am just finishing up 6 months of rehab on shoulders and forearms, would be interested to know your exercises.

I tried the following.

- Rest
- Dry Needling and stretching
- Gym work (alot of back strengthening, row etc and stretching of the chest)

I had cortisone injections last week in the Bursa (shoulder) and also on the forearm tendon.

Felling amazing however it is masking the issue i think!

Can't wait to get on the water

The key seemed to be performing them regularly (3 times a day - EVERY single day) and continuing to stretch after the pain seemed to have cleared up.

It's a lot of the time bad technique.

Riding a kite in a bad stance causes tennis elbow.
