I am looking to add a 10m to our quiver as my partner and I have a 14m dos, 11m rev and a 8m havoc. Any feedback I can get on the following would be good.

10m F-One DOS (tried this and liked it)
10m Cabrinha Switchblade (?)
10m North Rebel (?)

go the SB3. i fly a 10m one and they are awesome kites and have the longest hang time. i gave my mate a go and he said its got more power and hang time than his 12m best nemesis.

Get the same kite as your current fav This will keep it simple and it will perform almost the same (probably just more responsive)

I personally love my 10m Dos! Huge wind range and plenty of boost!

get a 09 10m torch. i have a 8m and 12m 09 torch and they are sick. they are soo fast i can do boosting kiteloops and be caught on the 12m. the 8m is just unreal tho. they have great depower for a c-kite aswell(almost as much as an average bow kite) seriosly give them a go.

You won't be dissapointed.

You'll hardly use the 11 or 14 anymore as they are so grunty.

That's what we were thinking - the 11 is great but it is tough on her (60kg ringing wet) where we are on the lake in the gusty conditions which is why a 10m that can handle the gusts would be great. However on the beach and river mouth the 11m is really good thanks to the consistent wind.

The 14 can take the gusty conditions if I depower, and it holds well for air time but seeing as I tried the 10mDOS it would be good to have that type of kite available as we are progressing and looking for more variety in our riding.

Have seen the latest torch it looks like a sweet kite.

Go a New kite, they are an Australian brand.
There is a 10m size in the express.

Thats an interesting quiver, 3 different kites. How do you go changing kites? Most people tend to have a quiver of the same as they like the similar flying characteristics and your three kites are all quite different. Most 10m kites will overlap quite a bit with your 11m rev. I'd go a Dos or Havoc.

Its working so far in that we are getting a range of experience to handle different conditions and different kites. For me its working to enable my riding to adapt as I progress rather than be boxed into one type of "feel"

poor planning, that means you gotta pump up your kite yourself ?

i think it was about 20 to 30kt. he landed his kite and went out on mine straight away so the wind was still the same strength. they have a really good build quality too.

Way to go! Brand loyalty is for idiots.

The conditions we both kite differ on a regular basis and having the different kites makes the adaptability to the conditions favourable in our humble opinion - never been one to chase brands but certainly will back a good product if it works regardless of having the brand already or not in the quiver

My first choice would be

Switchblade 4 IDS - words cannot describe haha fast, powerful amazing kite to ride

F one dos - unbelievable amount of boost very powerful and generally good kite to ride


although either re going to be pretty close to your 11m?!?!
