My friend has had three and on all of them the bladders/octapus inflation system has stuffed up. And two out of those three have been 09 models!

I have tried it and it was a really nice kite, but there's no way i would buy a 2.5k kite just so it can break.

thats a darwin thing, to much humidity

purchased a new 14m 07 torch in late 06 learnt on it (yes with lessons), has never let me down to this day survived all the smashing and crashing with learning and also survived 30 minutes wrapped around an oyster infected pilon of a bridge in a heavy tidal flow, without damage or need for repair, not pimping just stating facts. Octopus system is great and has never stuffed up. Re-launch never caused me a problem. very well constructed and grunty kite.

I've never had a problem with the octupus system on naish kites.

Out of interest has anyone here tried the Flexfoil Hadlow Pro? The thing looks like a very serious c kite.
