Honestly I would have loved to learn on a bow, but after that hmmmmmm most definately NOT.

5 lines required for stunts your not used too.
Like strong wind self landing....

The local shops & schools are great with demo loans & days.

I guess people just gradually tried, liked and changed?

Maybe because there's more surf than flat water here?

Interesting. I would say that at the locations where I kite advanced, progressive riders are outnumbered 10:1 by beginners and intermediates.

My personal opinion: I reckon C kites are higher performance for the more advanced riders. Question is, realistically how many riders fall into this category?

Basic supply and demand I say. For beginners and intermediates, bows are better. There are much more of them than advanced riders. Therefore, there are more bows.

Is it super hard to fly a proper kite that you can get reeally good with...like 5 lines
