If you bought a Hovercraft,you will have to use it somewhere else !
If you are being facetious,there is a range of small hovercrafts aimed at personal use.
Also,all craft have to be included in Marine laws!
Funilly enough,when I did my Boat Licence test,one of the questions was about the lights that a Hovercraft should display !
When I said I did not know,because I didn't bother to read the Hovercraft section in the training book,I was informed that the Hydrofoil ferries that used to run in Sydney Harbour were classified as hovercraft !
