You can do a round house cut back with a kite unhooked unstrapped
I'd Love to see that

IanR,

You surf mate?
Or ride a directional/surfboard with a kite?
Or Ever ride unstrapped?
Or Unhooked?

In fact, can you kite?

Now settle down with the hissy fits petal-get back on your buggy, and off you go.

Im natural footed, but ride goofy so I'm facing the waves. I have surfed natural for a long time, but was always terrible at going backhand.
So with the kite, i thought i'd try goofy, was hard at first, but now it feels better than trying to go backhand. I think all the angles between the wind and the wave, and the way i'm travelling suit frontside better. For me anyway.

I have been riding swicth foot on a directional for a while now and it has definately inproved my board skills a lot.
As a long time surfer I now have the option of riding left or righthand waves either toseide or backhand and that's something you'll never have if you don't get comfortable riding natural AND goofy.

Why bother answering a simple question when you can ponce about posing, talking yaself up and calling everyone who does something a little differant to you a kook?!

Loz, can we get a Narcesistic (sp?) mirror gazers section soon? Maybe it would be good for this section to have features such as auto thumbs up for each of your own replies, and an auto HTFU tag at the end, just in case anyone dares to think they are as hard as the author..

Now STFU poseurs... Alternatively you could just go kiting and enjoy yourself a bit.
