Brand bashing is not cool when there are affeliations to others. Sharing positive or negative experiences from normal customers is however of great value to consumers and the brand.

I think fanfare needs to get a paint brush and write all those links on his car and do a road trip.

he says as a totally unaffiliated to fone person.

I also had an f one bandit the long bridal lines rapped around the wing tip and the center line as well causeing the kite to death loop even while safety was pulled this dragged me over a rock shelf i now have barely any movement in my left shoulder.

Thanks f one

Also commented on this previously , post disappeared. fone is awwesome kite imho have 2017 11 m . coming from slinshot compstik bar milennium bar took a bit of getting used to as split is high and can\does cause issues self landing, changed to fixed point for landing and solved problem. have had the kite invert and fly after saftey set off , could cause serious issue if you are close to rocks. matter of managing setup properly :-)

You are also a known Seabreeze professional basher who regularly changes his Alias or create a new account to blend in unnoticed and keep doing what you do best: "ranting and bashing"....

That fellow on the bandit and in boots was kicking ass in the big air comp. bloody quick kite hey.

Denys his name is. Saw this clip last night on fb and thought it was pretty awesome.

I Ride also Bandits 11 since this Season. Just bought them, because i had the Chance to try a Friends 8m2, 2016 Version and i found it awesome easy for kiteloops, which i tried to get into since a Long Periode of Time.

7m2 kiteloops work easy Now :-) this kite is def. Awesome!
with the 9m2 i struggle the kite is catching me again!

in the above Video its also a 9m2 and i Wonder how well the guy is getting catched. In Addition it Seems to me he is initiatiing the kiteloop super early and is Not Always jumping that high

I thought Starting the loop close to reaching the top of your Jump would give a higher, Not so radical, easier to catch me kiteloop!? Is this wrong?

When jumping high, engaging the kiteloop early makes it actually easier/smoother because you still have a lot of tension in the lines when going up which makes the kite turn faster. And it s also more fun :-). This being said, don't attempt doing it if you have followed the progression yet. You need to be confident with small jumps (2-3m) and late kiteloops first.

The other tip is to push the bar completely as soon as the loop is complete to allow the kite to quickly come up to catch you on your way down. And pull it again for a downloop as soon as you can feel the tension coming back in the line.

Good luck! :-)

Thanks Great help :-)! pushing the bar and another downloop works great with the 7.
more Tension bringing a faster turn Sounds logical... i thought i Needed more wind. i have to give it a try when the Season is starting again.

Hello everyone!

What a productive "bloody forum" bashing conversation..

What i propose to all the people bashing F-one on this bloody unproductive Seabreeze website, is a really sincere invitation to where we are based in the northern New South Wales, you will be able to use all the gear you want and i can show you that you will have the most fantastic feeling and unbelievable surprise using our gear.
Australians have been missing out on F-one gear for years due to bad distribution previously.
F-one and Manera are now well established here in Australia for now 15 months, our gear will give you the best feeling and we can prouve it..
F-one is driven by passionate people since the beginning 22 years ago... and is one of the biggest kitesurfing brand worldwide... There is reasons for that...

On another subject, let's work at making Australian kids being passionate about kiteboarding... Australia have the most beautiful locations to practice kiteboarding... This is what that can create... (have a look at the F-ONE Bandit performing in the hands of passionate kids..):

I dont think anyone here is "Brand Bashing" at all.

These are legitimate concerns not some wankers having a go.

Look I would also suggest not saying "bloody unproductive Seabreeze website" I know where you are coming from but "Socail Media" NEVER goes away and will allways come back to bite you.

I have worked with some of Australia's and Overseas biggest sporting brands and I am telling you dont respond if you are the distributor EVER.

Take BWS for instance. For years everyone on this site used to hang it on Ben Wilsons Company. They kept there head down and produced a really good product with a positive spin on the "Industry". I must admit I have BWS kites now and they are the best wave kites I have EVER ridden I have ridden everything (I am not sponsored rider and I pay full price for everything).

Now again respond with a positive spin and say "Our kites are here for anyone to use if they like and test the safety for yourself". Positive spin is way better than reacting with a fightback comment (Zebra80 for instance).

I know heaps of guys in Victoria especially Altona that swear by them (Fone Bandit X). I have also seen the safety system flag out not work at Inverloch (Fone Bandit 9). I have also seen other brands do stupid stuff as well - go figure.

blatant lies from seller who refuses to hear old customers out regarding a product that has been proven deadly due to poor design.

typical

anyone reading this should really take this into consideration. you will not be supported refunded or helped

or worst of all even listened to.

once f one have your cash you are on your own. the vast majority of the kiting world knows how bad there kites are and you end up with unsellable equipment because no one wants it.

Point me in the direction of the dealer selling of the 2018 stuff cheap and I'll buy it! The bandit 2018 certainly is a big step forward best kite I have flown in ten years of riding! This years version Is the business. Not sure how it can be deadly. This is the easiest kite to correct after any bad piloting errors and you hardly ever need to pull the safety of at all on it as the bar does such a good job alone without it. These things are awesome this year! Got an 11m and 10m beast and desperately want a 9m to go with them. Happy customer :-) safest kite I have ever flown. I do fly mine on ozone bars though through preference but only cause I've not tried the Linx yet.
