Shortly prior to the recent "Blokart Nationals" at Yeppoon, landyacht sent to me a package that contained his helmet, his dreaded "Blue Suit", one mast, two sails, "Nappy Rush" and a couple of bits and bobs.

He subsequently, arrived, competed, won the coveted "Middle Weight Production Class Trophy" (a true measure of skill), and departed with trophy, helmet, suit and mast.

What happened to the rest of the stuff? One sail went to a dear friend and the other to me which had been predetermined. What happened to "Nappy Rush"??

Well the bloke held a gun at my head and said "There is the yacht and this is the price. Are you in or out?"

With that kind of persuasion how can one refuse? The upshot of the situation is that "Nappy Rush" is now resident in Bundaberg, Queensland which is a long way from Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

That in mind I feel fairly secure with releasing some detailed photos of "Nappy Rush" for those interested in building the performance version of the LLF Mini Yacht.

The designer/builder neglected to do this possibly with the intention of gaining a competitive edge. My view is that once it is discovered and out there, it belongs to everybody.

Any body that takes this post seriously needs their funny bone tickled or has got the message, Hope you like the pics.

This photo shows the detail of how the hoop that carries the "soft seat" is attached to the main frame, a key point of the design.

The rest of the photos can be viewed in the gallery. Saves making this post huge. Cheers Cisco

As requested by landyacht, detailed photos of the stub axles.

Close examination of the photos reveals that the axle carriers are attached at a radial angle to the extensions. Whether this results in a left and right side extension, I had neither the time or inclination to assess today. Maybe the 180 degree effect of fitting them opposite negates it or doubles it.

I am sure a quick and succinct response from landyacht (the designer and builder) would relieve us all of the suspense of waiting around until I re-do the field testing.
