No reply, probably some good surfing conditions in South Devon by now, Kovert is frothing to go out with his new board!
So after much thought, looking around and trying as many boards as I can a chat yesterday with my local friendly surfboard factory I now have an 8'blank on the way for board number 2! Aiming for much more performance but still stable and useable. I have a fanatic prowave 8'4 for the glassy days so this will be more of a goto board with performance. 7'11 x 29 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 112 litres. Fullish bullet nose, single wing round squash tail. Will post pics as and when!

Any sketches were done about to offer out ? in the kind of I think to the board of David Muir, he was riding hard that board in Tahiti a few years ago.
Thanks Colas! Took a lot of fiddling but pleased with how it's looking and flows well with the rocker/foil.
Nice! I love how you managed to carry the width far up to the nose while keeping it streamilned.
This is a sweet looking outline with a sexy tail, should rip.
Without any reply, I realize you didn't recover from the quarter Soccer world championship qualified of England
Yes, this is a very nice outline and foil then rail thickness look good too, Kovert. What about the plan shape? I learned many S3D design tricks since the last time we exchanged ideas. Those tricks are how to use 3Dlayers to blend belly shape to the vee tail ..without any break or kink or simply smooth the bottom in a simple flow...if you want any help about 3Dlayers?
BTW: 3Dlayers allow you to design the plans shape out of the impact of the slices from the deck.
Hi Kami, I don't have the full enough version to save 3d layers! Bottom vee flows fine at mo, the lumps the wings cause are a little annoying on the deck line but a bit of block work soon sorts that and same with tail corners although I think I may just leave the chop tail, gives a nice clean release
Think the whole country is in shock, see what happens Wednesday!!
You are right Kovert, the block work will do a clean finish bottom foil after the CNC router passes!
Please do some more report of your baby birth as soon as you can
Yes, England will make it Wednesday but I will be sorry if France does it the next time
