G'day Mac what time or tide did you surf was the wind a pain in the bum

Cheers marty

Cheers bud we hit it up again today,I lost my watch yesterday at cowies and returned today, man the water was like ice cold and brown,I kept thinking this is a Bull Sharks Paradise It was around the 3 foot mark today a little smaller than yesterday.to answer your question on tide, theres no answer. With a swell like this in most parts tides don't matter, anyway we hit it at 9am yesterday and today and it hit us back No wind to talk about, its a massive tide surge, you can be sitting in your spot and get sucked out 200 mtrs in 10 seconds, this is one to tick of the list mac

Straight across from Jack Evans boat harbour, take off about 15m in from the pump and scored a couple of nice ones surfing them around the bend. Was on it early on the high tide 7.00ish, and left just as the tide started going out. I like it on a high tide or incoming, have trained around that area in outriggers quite a bit and it can really turn it on with the right conditions.

hi, we went for a drive to brunswick, didn't take boards. in the breakwater on the righthand side looking to the ocean was barreling 2 ft plus wave.problem was as you would have finished the ride the out going tide would have just sweep you out to sea. we heard some were going to have a crack at it on the incoming tide.
cheers
