Parko - I do not think Parko will ever win one - a shame as he has the nicest style since Curren in his prime. Given how some of the scoring went down this year with one off moves in beachies getting guys massive scores one would think Parko will struggle to get through those heats if the waves are like that with people like GM, JW,JK and OW punching big one off airs and getting 8's and over. Unless of course he has reinvented himself over the summer break and I am left looking like a goose! I would love to be wrong on this though. Nothing beats watching Parko tear down the line at places like J-Bay. Insane.

HAHAHA Have to laugh at this quote only cause Cheyne Horan will tell you he is a world champion. Thats what he has written everywhere on his business.

Parko is a shoe in, the guy deserves it. And Luke Egan definately should have as well.

Funny you should mention that - I was up the Goldy in March and I am sure I seen a sign showing Cheyne Horan surf lessons and mentioned he was an ex world champion. It was opposite surfers surf club. Is this correct ?

Yeah that's where one of his surf schools is based. He was before my time and possibly over shadowed by other surfers so I can't really say if he should have won a world title. But he sure knows his stuff.

The first 1/2 of the youtube video Cheyne is riding a yellow board its a 6'10'' normal single fin Cheyne is surfing Rocky rights as that scene is on the Sylemasters 2 video

I recall footage many years ago of him riding a 5'8" at Waimea. Sound far fetched but I reckon it happened - that board was flapping big time.
