I'm looking at building a solid wood (or chambered) 16ft olo style board. Has anyone here had a go at something like this? Any tips would be helpful really, I am just looking for a project to pass some time instead of watching tele at night.

Haro (Pete) is building one right now.. His is hollow with lots of ribs and a wood skin.. I'm sure he'll post pics soon.
