I heard that Dave Kalama is doing that run in under an hour! When I watched the start he was sprinting and everyone was walking, maybe it was his high speed that broke his rudder? In my opinion he smoked everybody.

I think the deck of the white boards have glass, wood, glass, carbon and glass.. and just carbon and glass on the bottom.

The yellow boards (AST) have wood, glass and an AST skin on the deck and have glass and AST skin on the bottom.

That's what I got of the Naish site but not knowing how thick the layups are it doesn't mean much.

Does anyone know what AST skin is.. I guess it's some kind of composite.. I'm guessing Technora is some kind of carbon?

So.. The white boards are a little lighter.. so maybe a little faster..

BTW.. It looks like they may have beefed up their construction on their new Mana boards.
