Spent the day on one of the new Star-board Fisherman SUP's yesterday.

It's a beast at 11'2 x 37 x Huge (maybe 7 ?) but what a fun machine for the family.

I put a video together of the day.....the sunrise photo's are primarily as I could not keep up with the others - it's not a fast paddler so rather than making admissions, my excuse was that I was stopping to take photo's.

The afternoon however was massive amounts of fun with my 2 3/4 yo daughter although I'd not swap my 14' Surftech Laird Coastrunner, it was a tremendously buoyant family cruiser with room for at least another one without doubt.

Here's the video of the day.

(NB - This is not an 'official review' and I am not a Star-board PIMP - it's just my thoughts on a very well thought out cruiser / family board made of an extremely high standard for those that may have or might consider this type of option).

Looks like you turned into the Pied Piper around 7.45 - all the kids wanted a ride.

Nice work, that board looks like a perfect little family cruiser.

That would be a great family board.

Hi Surfanimals,

thanks for posting this. I am very much in family mode at the moment with my 3yr daughter a regular passenger on my board.

I am currently "pimping my ride", a Naish 11'6, its getting more decking up front ( its the wood one) and some handles so my daughter can hold on when dad gets the terror wobbles.

thanks again for the movie great stuff.

Really enjoyed that mate.
The wider the better regarding board size when the kids are involved.
I just bought a 116 x33x4.5 from dripping wet.
