I was thinking about this a bit more and decided that i would make it donation of your choice for the whole class, and at the end of every month what is eva in the donation pot we will donanate to a charity or any good cause. So you can still train for FREE it is up to you!!!

Anyone who wants to get fit fell free to come and join in on our training sessions. Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings at 5:30am the training goes for 1 hour and is high intensity There are around 8-12 of us all ready so if your keen feel free to join in.

Classes are run by me and i will push you!!!! meeting place is at our shop Roar Industries 5:30.

If keen just come along or give me a call to find out more 0418 722 928.

And remember it's FREE if you chose, you do not need to donate , I will have boards for use as well which will require a donation of at least $1. So come on and train and feel good 2 ways while you do it...

Hey Jacko!

I have just recently started up womens fitness sessions here in Perth, I would so be interested in joining in one of your classes, its sound like you have some naughty routine set up,
Do you run like a circuit? with squats? press-ups and sprints as such.
Im so Intrigued, If you have any great Ideas you wanna pass on... please pm me, I would be happy to hear from you!!
I concentrate on yummy mummies, Getting there Bods back into shape ... but I would like to take it to another level.

How long till you're better? i've seen you going for a paddle a few times now so must be starting to feel better.

Ahhh jacko. The mean machine. You would run a really good fitness class. Too bad Im a westie.

Good idea with the proceeds going to a charity. Nice work.

As said in the Windsurfing forum, I reckon you can count me in (with donation) for at least two days a week.

I will do up a full program of what we do in a weeks training and i'll send to Casso and see if he want to put it in his mag for all to see and read..

P.S A lot of it is just having some one to push you to the next level which is what i'll do. I'll get some of the guys and girls who do it to jump on here and tell what its like, rather than me talking it up.
