I have had the same outcome from a board i ordered in July, Im just wondering what avenues i have of getting my deposit returned.. I have been trying to contact Rod for the last month with no reply. What are my options if any?
Hey Rod does that mean that the deposit you took from me years ago that I might just get my board. Remember when you where very active on this site than you disappeared for ages. Seems like you are up to your old tricks. $150 is not a lot of money but it all adds up. Still happy to get my board or my deposit back. Maybe you will reply to me now.
Its not the money its the whole principle. Is there any legal options that can be taken. Im just looking for options, Short of spending a whole lot of money flying down there in person.
