Hey Guys. Thanks again for all your support. You guys seriously rock! I've been doing the call around and no such luck. Will keep you posted. Am about to ring the Point Danger VMR to see if any run away boards have been spotted. Gotta keep trying...not letting go just yet!

Hi Bizmanti,

Amazing how the board has virtually vanished - I reckon there are plenty of options as to it's location. The wind was v strong and could have blown in behind mangroves if it did land in the drink.

Anyway, why don't we wait a few days to see if it does turn up...

This forum is a great resource and it costs me nothing to learn and be inspired - more than happy to help out with a fundraising effort...

Small amounts from lots of memebers will get you back on the water asap..

cheers froggo

Good on you froggo.

I'm in for a few bucks as well. Someone do the maths and then everyone can see what they can afford.

Need to go on the record and say you guys are seriously a pretty strong community and once I can work one of these boards it is going to be fun playing in the surf!

Hey there team.

The weekend has passed and the search has revealed no sign. I'm giving it a few more days and if it the Naish 14 hasn't turned up I am going to jump off the bridge where I lost the board. Where you find me, hopefully my board will be too.....finders keepers

We will expect to hear the verdict before the weekend and then start looking behing our couches!

Hope it hasn't disappeared into the vortex but if it has I suspect there will be quite a few socks, flippers, kegs of wax and stuff nearby!

My wife lost her kite board about a year ago at Palm Beach and just when we'd given up and got her a new one, it turned up at Cash Converters.

It was nearly 2 months after she lost it, and it was obvious that it had been in a garage or stored some place, as it was covered in concrete dust.

Don't give up.

While we're on the subject, Nat lost her kiteboard at Inverloch and it was found several months later in Eden.

I will take that onboard. I will be in NYC in May so I will keep an eye out when on the Hudson.
