but if i was on my surfboard i would have

But those eight waves would have been better on a SB, imagine, you would have got a barrel instead of a head dip, a snap instead of a top turn, a roundhouse instead of just a cuttie just sayin

cutbacks are way more fun on a sup doggie. they will run a lot further than a sb, so you get heaps more rebounds. not as radical as a pro or a really good surfer, but way more than the average punter on a sb

Jumping on your short board feels awesome after a few sups but I really notice the amount of speed you can generate with the sup (quad PSH my old Coreban fusion) something that shortboards don't quite achieve as well (I've been riding shorties for a very long time and yes you can generate speed but it doesnt quite have the same feel of acceleration) - like wavesailing - going at warp speed is a great feeling - personal opinion - its why I choose a sup to ride unless there are lots of sups - then I ride my shorty - and you realise position on the wave and generating your own speed is the key - the sups seem to generate most of it for you

You obviously haven't seen noel surf cause he does that on a sup anyway.
