chrispy said.. massage works wonders,even without the happy ending. im a bit against chiros as they have always given me more problems than what i have started out with. find a physio who specialises in rehab pilates and you will end up way better. not just in the now,but in the future. pilates has been the best thing i have done for my body ever...well since i hopped on a .........gulp 666

Like Chrispy, I found a physio that also specialises in rehab pilates. She started with "hands-on" physio which is essentially focussed remedial massage and then got me on a good all around pilates program that evolves as core etc strength improves. Best thing I ever did for my bursitis shoulder and partially bulging disc and general strength. Been great for my surfing too - stronger legs & core
Geez ..... think I'd rather just have a damned good root ..... followed by another damned good root followed by a few damned beers and take my pain with delirious happiness .... then pass out
