I was a paperboy selling newspapers in pub drivethroughs from the age of 12 to 14 & when I worked at the Nookenburra Hotel on Scarbrough beach road a bloke would pull through in his Manta beach buggy every week. Have always wanted one & I was reminded today when I passed one, its was red but this one looks sweet
Ok one more story while my memories triggered...when I was about 18 in the late 80's we did a surf trip up to Lancelin like we did once or twice pretty much every week. Fuel was cheap, especially with our instacrowd of 6 or 7 crammed into bench seat 70's holden or ford wagons...but anyway, one day we were on our way home when a preocession of about 7 vehicles passed by...all 70's wagons, utes & one panel van kitted out with lift kits & probably 4wd. They flew by us on a straight between Seabird & Ledge Point doing about 180...The Panel van looked epic
