Chrispy in this country we have somthing called the consumer guarentees act to protect the buyer I'm sure there is somthing similar over there , from what Ihave seen you have meany more hoops to jump through to run a business than us , (it's bad enough here ) I'm sure you could deal to this guy legally.

chrispychru said...i will let you boys judge this one. i took one of my old shortys in for a trade on a new shorty. well i struck a deal and my lad gave them the spray he designed a couple of days later. well it has been a week and i rang the shaper to find out if the lad could check his board while he was doing the blank.....bloke didnt even know what i was talking about. rang the shop where i traded it in and the owner told me , nah mate im selling it on consignment and will take the amount that he sells it for of the custom price. order will go in then..WTF is up with that,is that being classed as stealing or being rorted? would like to know what you boys think
