... or more like - not buying that house 50m from the beach when it was $125,000 because we thought it would be nicer to live in the hills for a while.

thinking i could sneak past the kitchen of a packed golf club to use the ladies toilet (new extensions and the mens was about 150m away)
after finishing i snuck past the kitchen as the bitch with the microphone about to call out the next chicken parmigiana
announces to a packed dinning room.... did a man just use the ladies toilet.....

yep deer in the headlights moment

Yep I hear ya....almost brought a block at Whale Bay Raglan for $51k when I finished Uni.......instead I got to surf Indo for a few months then onto Asia and onto Europe.....I really regret not taking the initiative with one English lady that came my way. 3 yrs later I ran into her in a nightclub in Kings Cross in London and I can assure there were no regrets for the next few nights

No not at all mate, I only pimp what I believe is good product and service I don't receive anything from mctavish from posting on SB,could be something to do with our 15 year relationship,the reason I bring this up is because in the past week I have been asked if I'm my user name and these people do not post on SB.One a very old mate,the other a stranger at the beach,hence I have deleted my quiver pictures from my profile.
