I doubled up yesterday 30 mins with my training partner who I told I'm going alone then 70 with my old PT got smashed ,its all about going out of your comfort zone Scott which takes you forward.

As per my initial post, my motto is "Fark the comfort zone". You need to mix it up and shock the body a bit.
