Vanders is that popular he has turned his phone off and has no time for the forum due to replying to his massive fan mail club, once they settle down he will feel the need for some greenroom loving again.

I gave Vanders plenty of time to sign his fan club mail 24 hours later I rang him and guess what? nothing,I hope he is ok.

So no reply text from yesterday,no answer on the phone today,will one of Vanders better friends please make contact.

Well well well Vanders just made contact all went well in pain more so than post op but looking forward to it easing in a couple of days.

Key hole can still be very painful...it depends on the key size ..

Thanks for the well wishes fellas.
Been a bit under the weather and the drugs pretty much knock ya flat. Op went ok, when he went in things were a little more serious than first thought. The tendon was almost severed due to the spur being larger and sharper than expected. The ball of the humerus had to be ground down more and the synthetic replacement has to be anchored deeper.
Anyway it's all good, very sore and for macs benefit it's not the size of the incisions it's what's done below the surface that dictates the level of pain felt after. The reduction of incision size just reduces the risk of infection and scaring.
Looking like a definite 3-4 months out so you guys go and get some crackers for me.

Hey Buddy glad it went well for you yes recovery from shoulder surgery is a long process take the time to recover mate it will be worth it in the long run was thinking about you last week when I was at work wondering how they would fit you in a hospital bed

Wow sounds like you got it done in the nic of time, a sethered tendon would not have been good...dunno how you've been surfing with that, its amazing what pain you can overlook for a few waves. Surfing will make for great rehab once your healed

that upper hernia ive been butting off for nearly 2 years.

Basically having some shark cage wire mesh inserted

Oh its really going to kill you Lacey being out of the water that long,as I said yesterday I don't plan on catching up during your recovery,your going to be one angry man.
