Yes, best thing I have learned from this, is get checked.
Too late to put on sunscreen.
And apparently all things in moderation is best - sun, surf, work, beer.
Hard to adjust to after a lifetime of "nothing exceeds like excess"

Spent a few nights out buying beer on name rather than knowledge, as I was in clubs well outside my comfort zone seeing music.
Longboard Island Lager on Wednesday - how could you go wrong?
Boatrocker last night.
Dog's Life or something today

Wow red ale, don't think I've had the pleasure. Was it good & are you drinking it in Canada The prime minister is an absolute tosser, but Canada is high on my to do list. Looks beautiful

I love Canada, could move here tomorrow but then again it's spring and not minus 40deg.

And yes the red ale was really good.

Aren't you have an epic holiday mate haha looks nice. I like the local Beez Neez beer but a honey beer I had in Taiwain recently I would not recommend

It's the in between drinks literally up here that takes some getting used to. Just got back from two days in the Highlands, very primitive and frustrating but awesome at the same time. It's an amazing country.
