The one I sold this afternoon,12.6 x 30 came with a paddle.

Didn't you have one that only lasted a surf or two?

True one was like a loose goose, looking back I could have played with a different fin set up,but I did ask for finely turned rails my bad and the other was shorter and fatter than I normally order, once again my badI fell fresh not owning a 666 this morning

so do I mac.

it was embarrassing having to paddle with you occasionally.

it was like the paddle had spiders all over it. some of the most inept paddling ever seen at Currumbin.

kind of like Elaine's dancing from Seinfeld

yes it was a good result for everybody- everyones a winner.

ps have a great paddle less day big fella

pps just joking

Elaine from Seinfeld geez that's a savage sledge

5'10" Lazor zap
6'4" 'Byrning Spears swallowtail 6 channel thruster with deep concave to V
11' High Voltage Mal.
6'6" Jordan and Peake singlefin.
8' 1995 balsa Roy Stuart roundtailed singlefin ( deep concave and took it off the rocker jig before resin was set so it had only 1/2' of rocker... unrideable)

A fark up or an experiment Roy ???

I am surprised a byrning spears is in yr list Roy..they look like works of art especially the channel boards they did.
Here's my list;
1. Hypto krypto
2. Delta UFO epoxy (to be fair I have had plenty of delta boards that were awesome, but this thing was just a pig)

Not shaped by Alan, licenced to a shaper in NZ. The bottom shape made no sense, actually. I traded my favourite 6'6" roly Stanley singlefin for the offending item, and then tried to get the board re created which led to worst board #4 the J&P 6'6". Fortunately a few weeks later I met my wife to be and she had an old Mike Court 6'9" single which I requisitioned... an epic board for Raglan after i ground the fin off and glassed on another made by Wayne Parkes.

Had two from a local shaper that were the worst I have ever ridden and both were customs.

One day I walked into his workshop and the glasser had dropped of a new stock board, still have it after 2 years and is still going great.

I had a couple of those over the years Roy - got them from Whanga. I found those deep tail channels only really worked on nice clean glassy walls - and sadly there are not enough of those days! I ended up leaving one of those behind for a dreaded Freezing Hot Banana board - similar dims to Chrispy's one - but a touch wider - 6'2" * 18* 2 1/4 or similar. Wish I could still ride that volume of board today !

It seemed odd that the side fins were set at a different angle to the channels, and that the deep concave moved abruptly into the tail v/channels. I was talked into it by Derek W at Island Style, the board was slow. I might have liked it better if I'd converted it to a single fin, maybe. So you could get yours to go?
