I was waiting for answers but I think there was no answers because there is no answer. I don't think there is one goto. Hit and miss it seems.

Recently sent my raceboard and rig south with someone off airtasker. Arrived safely. Arranged by the buyer, so not sure of price sorry.
Have used Ego in the past. Reasonable rates, and no damage so far. Needs to be well wrapped. Depot to depot is cheapest option with them. Drop off is Hunter Bros in pinkinba. One thing to be cautious of. Had a board weighed by the seller and afterwards he stuck a bunch more padding and the fin in, and it cost me near 200 extra for over weight. Auto deduction from my credit card and not interested in discussing it after.
I have heard of people having issues with them, but I think I have used them half a dozen times and so far only that one issue.
