here's my 3rd world energy drink; mix 1tsp. iodized salt with 1tbsp. sugar and mix with plain 1ltr. tap water, drink before a session keeps you goin and goin and goin without the cramps..generic for glucolyte or rehydration salts..
sounds a bit like the ol' Staminade" do they still make that stuff ????
glucolyte i think would be the same as staminade if it has glucose and potassium mainly used here for dehydrated patients to treat amoeba and the same..
it's called red bull, because it containes taurine a product extracted from the bollocks of a bull - .... no bull...... [}:)]
you'd be better off droppin a few sudafeds...not the nighty nigh night snoozy ones though
this is true however the taurine they use in red bull is syntheticly produced how many sets of bulls balls would u need to make 1 billion cans of red bull a year? i dont know but im sure its allot
