Snapped my fin off yesterday when the water got just abit too shallow...
Board and fin are alright but half the bolt is still in the fin, does anyone know how you would get half a bolt out of a fin?

Bad luck Bladez,
There are things called ezy-outs - made for getting snapped bolts out of whatever. They have various sizes to suit - you then drill a suitable sized hole on the broken off bolt. The ezy-out has a sort of spiral arrangement on its tip - it is the screwed into the hole you have just drilled, in a counter clockwise motion using a spanner/adjustable wrench - and when it grips - the bolt will come out in the direction it was meant to. Just be careful not to put too much pressure on the ezy-out as they are carbon steel and somewhat brittle - I have snapped a few.
Hope this helps, Gary

I reckon if you take a grinder to the fin, you'll be able to get the bolt out undamaged...

In that case, the thread is probably stripped. Better test it before you use it again, it might just drop off.
