Could I use a 7 meter in 15-22 knots or would i be too overpowered with my light weight and should use a sail in the 6.5 area instead

I'm a few kilos more than your weight - if it's a consistent 18-22kts ( by windmeter) I'd be on a 6m. If it's gusty or flatwater a 6.6m. I can hold the 7m to the occasional gust of 20kts in flatwater but it would be a handful especaillay in chop.
A 112ltre board will be getting a handful for your weight in those conditions. I'd be on a 79 ltre.

Sonny, is there a specific brand or type of fin I should look for because the board does not come with one?

well u need a Phd is fins to find the fin if want to understand everything or u can jump on fin manufacturer "fin chart" and get a rough idea, then check second hand stuff ..also ask questions on the board manufacture and its forum...usually the board forum is the best place to get good advice on the fin ..

link to select fin selector...
www.select-hydrofoils.com/en/fin-selectors//

try to have the same brand and type of fins for the board so its easy to select one as same size/type fins from diff brands differ

Fin Size calculator:
(Sail Size) x 5 (for Freeride Sails)
(Sail Size) x 5 + 1(for Cammed sails)
(Sail Size) x 5 - 1(for wave Sails)
