Susie, Susie, Susie.....as you may know by now I did not sail today, but instead took said 5yo daughter to a tea party (who has tea parties at 2pm on a sunday?) it was super.....we took some blowing bubbles....I then left the tea party to hang out with the bogans at marion, bought a runnning top, some socks, and a subway sandwich.....mean while Kym (wifey) was planing across Goolwa lake, said she nailed all but one gybes, winds meant she has two sessions today, one NW at 25 knots, then a break, where she might have had a salmon baguette and a latte at Aqua Cafe, then back in the water for a SW session for an hour, 4.4 on the 266 Flow.....who says I am not a good guy? Aint love grand!?

All were intelligent, fun, good looking (especially the last one - yowee!), and 2 of them were 10 years younger than me (not that age matters if the chemistry is there) ... I found I just couldn't handle giving up one day of my weekend, or finding the energy to take them out somewhere nice after an afternoon of sailing ... or cutting short an afternoon of drinking at the beach with the windsurfing crowd ... and besides, they never talked about wind conditions or windsurfing gear or anything else of interest. And then I realised...I'm married to windsurfing!!!! Problem solved!! Well, except for a few minor details...

No - that's top of the list of things a windsurfer should NEVER try to do.. Trying to train your wife or girlfriend is like trying to give yourself a circumcision..
There's going to be a lot of yelling, a fair bit of pain, and you won't be using your willy for anything wet for quite a while.
BUT.. that said, if the girls are as good looking, intelligent and fun as he makes out, and they're 10 years younger than he is, I'm sure we can find a volunteer to teach them on his behalf..
Especially if he's already married to windsurfing!

I dunno, these girls had pretty high standards...would you make the grade?
