Melville is OK, no BBQ's and toilets a good walk away. Point Walter was OK and may suit most so there isn’t a long drive, but disadvantages those at Mandurah in that situation. Peli Point has all those facilities, but can get crowded out real fast Mandurah, lots of space, plenty of BBQ room, toilets and such, no problem. so for me Mandurah.
Hardie, Are we thinking evening or lunchtime BBQ? If evening, then I would welcome the excuse to make the trip down south and discover the delights of the estuary (may need to buy/steal a weed fin for the occasion!). If lunchtime then I will need to stay local (kids' violin concert in the morning ). Happy to accept the majority vote.
i think he means the day they do the random draw of sponsors prizes like the board and sail etc last year at hardies....perhaps hardie you should explain again for all the new comers who have come on board (so to speak) since? also whats up for grabs this year?
