I'm not surprised you're sore carrying that 7.7 all day!!!
I don't feel to bad actually, calluses are nice and hard now, just a tad tender there. Elbows are also a little sore.
As I was saying that Avalon Sail Co 5.5 is a great sail, just effortless cruising no strain.
